About Me:
I was born in Mexico but lived in the U.S. since I was 2 years old.

Currently, I am a journalism student at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.

I started photography when I was 16 years old. And it's a passion of mine to tell stories through photographs.

I've participated in The New York Times Student Journalism Institute 2008, and the UNITY: Journalist of Color Student Project 2008 in Chicago. Also, I have interned with the Tucson Citizen Newspaper and I am currently with the Arizona Daily Star Newspaper in Tucson, AZ.
