This group is founded to create a space for photographers to share knowledge on working in Africa. Each geographical area represents its own challenges, perhaps none more so than Africa. We can all benefit from each others experiences and advice.
I was born in 1973 and I completed a BSc in biology in 1998 and a PhD in molecular biology in 2007.
I now take lots of photographs.
Projects currently underway include the study of the development of new communities in Ireland through the five themes of tradition, marginalisation, integration, racism/prejudice and religion.
Also underway is a year long project to define Dublin city through the medium of street photography. To achieve this I founded the Dublin Street Photographers cooperative in January 2011. (www.dublinstreetphotographers.com)
