Co-Founder/Board Chairman for the Humanitarian Media Foundation (HMF); Principal -- HMF Consultancy; former executive in the international media industry (film, television, music, publishing); Published writer of books and articles surrounding humanitarian affairs, war, gender-based issues, medical relief, and issues surrounding Democracy and human rights; member of working group with fellow principals of ThomsonReuters Foundation, BBC World Service Trust, Internews, British Red Cross, American Red Cross, etc.; internationally award-winning filmmaker and documentarian of humanitarian subject matter with films on the international festival circuit; Protegee of Joseph Kruzel (Asst. Secretary of Defense for NATO, originator of Partnership for Peace, SALT II negotiator, Diplomatic Envoy for Bosnia-Herzegovina).
Her book, The Illumination (2006) which included themes about war and trench journalism during WWI, will soon be coming out in paperback.
