Glauco Frizzera is a documentary photographer, based in Miami - Florida, currently accepting assignments from around the world. His professional photography career started in 1989, in his home country, Brazil, free-lancing for several medias. After achieving a college degree in Fine Arts (BFA) at the Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo, in 1992, he added his Fine Arts expertise to enhance his photographic works. After 2001, Frizzera dedicated his attention to Digital Photography, thus transposing his skills to this challenging and innovative field. Frizzera is internationally known for the high quality of his black & white digital print. He also has participated in several solo and group exhibitions, both as artist and photographer. In 2005, Frizzera was the winner of the “Vincent Versage Prize for Photographic Excellence” at the Photoshop World Conference, in Las Vegas, NE, USA. In 2009 he has achieved a master degree in Photography at Barry University. Frizzera writes a weekly column about photography on seculodiario.com, a Brazilian on-line newspaper.
