Try to contact Eric James ([e-mail] / [phone]) the emergency team coordinator in Georgia for IRC. He's a nice and helpful guy. I believe he still coordinating the refugee camp in Gori. Alternatively try Melissa Winkler (Melissa.Winkler@the IRC.org) she's the Emergency Communications Director. They were very helpful when i was there.

Other guy with good contacts and part of a Local NGO is Rati Japaridze ([e-mail]). He lives in Tbilisi and he's english is brilliant. Mention my name and he will help you for sure.
